We utlise a successful five-pronged methodology for sourcing candidates. Database After 8 years of interviewing legal candidates daily, we have an unrivalled database of over 6000 qualified Sydney based candidates which is constantly expanding. Networking We are constantly involved in networking with candidates at industry functions and events, through sponsorships and volunteering on committees. We also regularly present at and attend ACLA and APSMA functions, Alumni (both firms such as Baker & McKenzie and Universities such as UNSW) and College of Law events, universities and careers fairs. We are also actively involved on social networking sites including LinkedIn and Facebook. Advertising We constantly advertise in digital and traditional media ranging from the large national job boards, to industry specific websites to the Financial Review and legal press. Referrals Years of involvement in the Sydney legal market, many candidates refer colleagues to us and we have an extensive network of quality referrals. We also are the only Sydney legal recruiter to be a member of the NPA - worldwide recruitment network where we have access to candidates of over 400 agencies worldwide, including 120 companies in Australia. In fact our principal Jason Elias is one of only two Australians on the NPA global Board of Directors. www.npaworldwide.com Research We use advanced sourcing technologes to access current information of the key players in the legal market. We employ a dedicated researcher to allow you to reach the often superior passive candidates.
