Aussie recruiters nominated to global NPA board

Two Australian recruiters have been nominated to the board of global recruiting network NPA - Jason Elias and Christine Sturgess.

Elias, who owns boutique legal consultancy Elias Recruitment in Sydney, and Sturgess, who owns Orex Retail Search in Melbourne, will represent 130 Australian NPA members for a second two-year term. They were previously co-directors but following a re-structure of the board they will each have a vote, dividing their responsibilities informally so that Elias oversees Queensland, NSW and WA members, and Sturgess the remaining states.

The pair will be officially elected at the annual meeting of NPA next month in Texas, USA.

Both have been recruiting for about 10 years.
